Affinity Groups

The League Affinity Groups are designed to provide individual members an additional level of connection with like-minded professionals. You can choose to join one or more Affinity Groups, depending on your interests. All League content and services are the same for all members regardless of the affinity group(s) you choose.  Select your groups as part of your application process or, for existing members, just log in and update your profile.

Early and Mid-Career Professionals:

• Resources to help you develop key leadership skills, including webinars and curated articles
• Career Coaching Hub for help with resumes, LinkedIn profiles, or online interviewing
• Mentoring opportunities with experienced professional women willing to provide guidance
• Expanded network of women with similar challenges
• Access to substantive networking and speaker events

Experienced Professionals:

• Access content that provides new view on existing challenges, provided by experts inside and outside of international and higher education
• Contribute to critical discussions to benefit the League and the field
• Participate in opportunities to share your knowledge and expertise
• Expand your network outside your current circles and develop an intergenerational support system
• Highlight your own achievements through Limelight interview series and League leadership opportunities
• Support emerging women leaders in the field

Managers of Women:

• Provide key professional development to your team for very low fee
• Take advantage of mentoring circles to encourage your staff to learn from others in the field and bring back those ideas to your operation
