MENTOR CIRCLES - OUTCOMES COORDINATOR
Description: The Outcomes Coordinator manages the assessment of two of the Global Leadership League’s signature programs- the Mentoring Circles and Career Connections programs.
Responsibilities: At the end of each program cycle (approx 4x/year), this individual is responsible for preparing the exit survey/evaluation (updating where necessary), emailing participants, and tracking responses. The Outcomes Coordinator then compiles and organizes participant responses and shares them with the Mentoring and Career Connections team. Data may also be shared more broadly within the Global Leadership League for other informational and reporting purposes.
Objectives / goal: Review and compile survey and evaluation results on a cyclical basis to identify suggestions for program enhancements. Track survey response patterns over time, determine what information should be shared with the larger group and in what manner (reports, graphs, blog, newsletter, article, etc.), and utilize data to improve future program offerings.
Time commitment: 3-5 hours per cycle (approx 4x per year) following completion of each Mentoring Circle and Career Connections session. Quarterly meetings with the Mentoring & Career Connections team (1-2 hours).
Term: 2 years (preferred) starting Spring 2024 with the option to renew.
What we are looking for: Passionate about mentorshipand creating connections within the field of international education. Experience with surveys and evaluations- background with Survey Monkey preferred. Strongattention to detail, process oriented, enjoys working with a team.

AFFINITY GROUP LEADERS
Affinity groups are meant to be an engagement space for people in similar roles or identifications. We join together in an online space to increase our networks (outside of those we may see at conferences) and to bring in newer professionals or those who cannot easily build a network in person. Group leaders set the agenda each month, however we encourage there to be a topic and guided flow of discussion and not necessarily presentations.
COFFEE CONNECT COORDINATORS
Every month we offer a 30-minute online chat with people who are not yet members of The League so they can learn about our mission and our programs. During this short program, we engage with attendees using the zoom chat features and unmuted dialogue. This team works together so that each person does not have to attend every month. In this role we encourage creativity and ideas for how to bring more people to Coffee Connect.
While we love our online space, we love seeing people in person too. For each major or minor conference in our field, we like to offer a pop-up event where we gather in a bar near the event site and mingle. These are non-host events so there are no budgets or event details to manage. You just volunteer to be a host if you are attending and be sure to welcome people when they arrive. It’s a great way to use your social energy and expand your networks.
Our members come from different backgrounds, abilities, levels of experience, and parts of the world. Our goal is to embrace this diversity and encourage relationships across generations and experience levels for the benefit of all involved.
The Global Leadership League was started by a group of women in the field of international education for the purposes of advancing women’s leadership skills, knowledge, and connections.
