Overview: How can we embrace and nurture the diversity across our professional environments, particularly in supporting the development of the next generation of female leaders in the field? This forum will briefly reflect on a closing message of the AIEC 2017 session that posed a challenge to participants to “contribute to the advancement of women in leadership in some way in the coming year – however great or small”.

Representing a range of professional backgrounds and levels of experience, each presenter will briefly share their own contribution(s) to this challenge within the context of ‘leading from where you are’. These reflections will segue into inviting delegates to participate by sharing their own contribution(s) in a 3–5 minute limelight-style format.
