This spotlight session is an annual highlight of the Global Internship Conference. As we prepare students for global internship experiences, understanding the local context and employer culture is crucial. Please join for a lively discussion of gender and leadership from the regional perspective including New Zealand and Australia. A facilitated panel will include local employers, regional perspectives, and global framework.

Not attending the Global Internship Conference but planning to be in Auckland and interested in this session? League Members are able to join for this session as a guest of the GIC, for details email Kate Moore via kmoore@ciee.org
