The League ChatBox is a new program offered online for small groups to engage and discuss important issues.  Get answers, share ideas, learn together.

Many of us are now very used to regular online meetings, utilising platforms like MS Teams or Zoom on a daily basis. However, we know for many this can still be a very daunting experience. Previously we’ve looked at inspiring creativity within meetings, but now we want to go a little further and consider how to embrace the camera and gain confidence speaking and engaging in online settings.

In this ChatBox session, Dr Marta Hawkins will engage us in a discussion on how you may currently feel when presenting yourself online and how you can build confidence through practical exercises with the spotlight, framing and light.
