“What is impossible to do that if it were possible, would change everything?” Susan Scott, Fierce Conversations.

If the impossible was possible at work, would it truly change everything? Ringing in 2023 and a new season of The Chat Box, Lisa Donatelli and Sarah E. Spencer discuss how our professional journey of growth and leadership is often defined by what we perceive as the impossible, the possible, and our ability to change ourselves (or others) and our workplace. Through prompts and small group conversation, challenge your own mental framework that might be holding you back. Participants will be invited to share ideas and identify concrete positive steps - within our spheres of influence -  to make our “impossibles” just a bit more possible in 2023.
