The Global Leadership League is meeting for it’s 5th time in London and keen to encourage discussion on the topic of negotiation and confidence in the workplace. How do you accelerate yourself, your role and future job prospects?

This event is aligned with the annual PIE Awards so feel free to pass the news to colleagues around the globe. 

We’ll be joined on the night by KEL HARTMAN to present on this and facilitate the discussion further. Before continuing the evening with the opportunity to mingle casually with colleagues within the wider field of international education in London.

Speakers: Kel Hartman - Flywire Chief People Officer

Kel Hartman is the Chief People Officer at Flywire and is passionate about enabling Flymates and the business to grow, develop, and reach their potential. Kel has over twenty years of experience in organization development, cultural change, talent management & acquisition, executive learning and development, remuneration, succession planning, and employee relations.

In 2019 Kel complated Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead Facilitator Certification Program and in 2018 Kel presented alongside a range of executive speakers from Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Artic Shores, Unilever, GradConnection, WCO, Maximum, and Warwick University, UK at the Asia Graduate Recruitment and Development Conference held at the Google HQ in Singapore. Her topic was diversity of thinking in the workplace.

A true global citizen, Kel has worked all over the world, including Australia, Africa, Europe, Asia, and America, and she has traveled to more than eighty-five countries. She is a qualified executive coach, has had two photography exhibitions raising over $20,000 for charity, helped set up an NGO in West Africa, and has written and performed her own play.
