This workshop centers around intersecting identities and the role this plays in leadership advancement. With a focus on problem solving and outcomes-based approaches, participants delve into intercultural components of the SIO's work, the ways women have overcome barriers due to gender and other biases, and how intersectional issues of race, national-origin, class, etc. come into play. International educators of all backgrounds and identities are invited to participate in this highly-interactive workshop.
