TIME/TIME ZONE: 9:30-10:30 EDT. Our co-hosts are based in the EDT, so we have scheduled to model their morning routines. We invite you to convert to your timezone, and apply these techniques to a habit at any time of day.

We know self care and our own physical and mental health are critical, now more than ever. While there is much lip service, what does it actually mean, and how can I build or renew a habit for my own self care?

Join us to hear our co-hosts share techniques on how to build a new mindset about what self care means for you. Participants will also discuss how to apply goal-focused planning to prioritize a routine and make self-care a sustainable practice.
