What does Mindfulness have to do with leadership? What are its benefits for you as a leader, your team and for your workplace?

Inaugurating the new season of The Chat Box, Dr. Theresa Ricke-Kiely, author of the forthcoming book on mindful leadership, brings this essential topic to League members. She will help participants to understand why Mindfulness is important to both practice and role model to others. Join us to learn how to integrate simple practices and share your own, and have a conversation about its benefits for individuals, leaders and teams.
