As the holiday season approaches, let's take a mid-year pause together and reset. Join us to take time out of your day to pause, reflect and reset. This session is open to all in need of some space in the day to reflect on this year’s accomplishments, reset your energy and think about some goals for the quickly approaching new year ahead. For this experience, you will have the opportunity to engage in a meditation/mindfulness exercise to deliberately have a pause in your day. You will be guided through a values exercise designed to support people in identifying and aligning with what is most important to them and have time for reflection on the last 10 months via prompted questions and conversation in breakout rooms. We will end the session with a discussion on how to align your desires to complete the year and move into 2024 with clear aims and intentions that are rooted in core values. We believe that what most of us need is simply time and space to pause and reset. It's not that we don't know what we need, want, or what's important. It's that we need the space to remember and reconnect.
