Discover the power of operating from your Zone of Genius — the unique intersection of what you’re great at, what you love, and the impact you’re meant to make. In this interactive session, participants will explore how to identify their personal “flow state,” uncover strengths that bring joy and energy rather than burnout, and align daily work with deeper purpose.
Through reflective exercises, small-group discussions, and practical frameworks inspired by Positive Psychology and The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks, this session helps leaders move beyond competence and excellence into their true genius zone — where creativity, fulfillment, and contribution thrive.
Learning Outcomes: Participants will:
· Identify the characteristics of their personal Zone of Genius and how it differs from other performance zones.
· Explore strategies to spend more time in flow and reduce time spent on draining or misaligned work.
· Develop an action plan to align strengths, passions, and purpose for sustainable success.
